a. Aides will assist with all ADL's as needed.
b. Light housekeeping as needed.
c. Meal preparation.
d. Medication Reminders
e. Assist with transfers and ambulation
f. Assist with toileting and incontinent care.
g. Asses home for safe environment and report to nurse and client.
h. Assess client for change in status and report to nurse.
i. Assess skill for breakdown, bruises or skin tears and report to nurse,
j. Assess for proper nutrition and report to nurse.
